Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All items purchased on Rebeccadavis.com will be delivered through a courier service. A signature will be needed on acceptance as proof of delivery. If for some reason the package cannot be delivered the courier will leave a phone number to be contacted on and you must arrange a separate delivery time with them.

Orders paced usually have a 1-2 day delivery time depending on the time of day the order is placed.

Returns

You may receive a full refund where your purchase item is faulty, not to your exact liking or different from the order you have placed.

Earrings may not be returned or exchanged for health reasons.

Your order must be returned within the 7 days of delivery of your purchased items unworn and with its original packaging.

All items must be returned with security tag intact.

You must obtain a returns authorisation code in order to facilitate any return. This can be achieved by e-mailing hello@rebeccadavis.com or calling (01)7645694.

No return will be processed without an authorisation code and will be sent back to sender.

RebeccaDavis.com will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we advise that you keep all proof of posting documentation. RebeccaDavis.com will not take responsibility for any return shipments that are damaged while in return transit.

Your refund will be made within 30 days when purchase has been returned and cleared. Your refund will be made through the same method as your original payment.
